Process Paper

Ever since I was a little kid I bit my finger nails and this is a really bad habit and I'm trying to break this habit.  I also used to have braces and that would prevent me from doing it but since I am doing it again.  To begin to get out of this habit I have to find another habit.  I bite my nails when I get nervous about something or if I'm bored.  The next thing I need to do is figure out how I will get out of this habit but I don't really have an good ideas for other habit so it might be difficult.  Following that I need to be more creative so I don't get bored easily and begin to bite my nails.  Afterward I am going to find a good habit to do that doesn't make my fingers looked messed up.  Once I find a new habit I will need to do this for awhile or ill go back to biting my nails again and I don't want that to happen because my mom always says that it is a bad habit.  At this point I still don't know any habits that I can get into that will stop me from biting my finger nails.  As a result of me trying to change this I will be willing to start a new habit.  Currently I haven't had any good ideas of new habits or anything to help stop this from happening so I need to think of something quick.  While I was writing this blog I noticed that I was biting my nails a little bit so I guess I do it when I think too.
